COVID-19
Here’s What TaxProMan Is Doing To Help
In view of the Corona Virus and the fact that asymptomatic persons (those without any signs of the virus in them) can easily infect another person, unintentionally of course, I am requesting that we suspend with our usual office visit and send each other documents, either through secure email or the United States Postal System (USPS). I would be crushed if I accidentally and unintentionally infected one of my clients because I was unaware that I had the virus.
USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope costs about $7.95, and delivery is usually 1-2 days.
USPS Express Mail flat rate envelope costs about $26 and is next-day guaranteed.
Non-flat rate envelopes, of larger size, are available, and the price is not much different.
In either situation, you will be given a tracking number, which you should share with me.
If you are mailing me documents, PLEASE WAIVE THE SIGNATURE, and use the following address: Call or email to obtain the updated address for mailing.
If you wish to scan and email your documents to me, simply send me an email informing so and I will send you a secure email. Simply create your own password, and then, from within the secure email, respond and attach your PDF files. It’s that simple.
In the alternate, you can fax me your documents to 203-834-1160.
Please let me know what your preference is. I will prepare the tax return within 48 hours of receipt and, naturally, telephone you with any questions or concerns that I have. For those of you with FaceTime or WhatsApp on your phones, we can have a voice or video call and it will be ENCRYPTED, end-to-end, with no chance of anyone eavesdropping on the call. It will be completely confidential.
Please be smart, and be safe!
Best regards,
Victor
